TTRNA has collaborated with the Cipriani College of Labour & Co-operative Studies, to host a three day Industrial Relations workshop. This workshop started Tuesday 3rd April 2019 and came to a climatic end on the 5th of April 2019. Nursing Personnel from the various Regional Health Authorities participated and are now prepared to manage employee relations within the workplace.
The Association is committed to preparing our Nurse Leaders to articulate matters surrounding Industrial Relations at all levels within the Health Care system, toward influencing health and organizational policy. TTRNA has pledged support to the ‘Nursing Now Campaign’, consequently proficiency in representation and interaction with various stakeholders in Health care is critical.
